Retirement salary

I told a young man who recently joined Government sector that his salary will be around Rs. 50 Lacs at the time of his retirement. He could not believe it. (There is no point in guessing the salary of Private sector as there is no limit).My first salary in 1971 was Rs 150/= per month and the monthly rent I was paying was Rs 40/=.First increment was 10% of the salary. Before getting the second increment I left the job and joined another company where the salary was just double Rs 330/=PM. My first salary in BEL was Rs 520/= and last salary is not being disclosed. (I joined as Accountant and retired as Manager (Finance).Senior citizens can reveal their first salary and junior citizens can forecast their future salary at the time of their retirement. Small kids who are reluctant to disclose their name are taunted as they have no name. Similar situation should not happen to senior and junior citizens
