Local Food
I travel frequently. To the query as to why I am travelling so frequently, my reply is by a question "For whom the Train runs".Many people complain that whenever they go outstation, they have to face lot of problem regarding food. I rarely faced any problem as wherever I goes, I take local food instead of searching (and researching) for Dosa, Idli, vada, sambar etc. The food available in a particular area will be conducive to the climate of that area. I think there is no point in searching for Masala Dosa in Mohali and Chhole Bhature in Coimbatore. If they don't get the food of their choice, they settle for fast and super fast food. These people who take super fast food can walk at great speed of 2 kilometers per hour and sometimes they may not be able to complete the walk. This is one of the reason for the excellent health of many people. Whenever I go to my town in Kerala, I used to take super slow food at least occasionally, using stone grinder, drawing water from the well with bucket and rope, boiling hard pulses for 5-6 hours instead of using soda etc.
